Cesar Montano, Philippine movie actor and a staunch advocate for children empowerment, is the founder of Panaghoy Children's Foundation.

 

Despite the complexities that our country is coping up with, I believe the future of the younger generation should not be gone astray. Little by little, we should guide them with their education; ensure that their health is in tip top shape; and that educational facilities must be conducive to learning.

We at the Panaghoy Children’s Foundation would like to build a better future for the children in Bohol. Please support us in our advocacy by becoming active partners of our foundation. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of these poor children.
 

 
The Panaghoy Children's Foundation (PCF) is a nonprofit, non-stock and tax exempt non-government organization. Our mission is to bring relief to poverty-stricken children in Bohol by providing ample food, assistance in their education and address other needs which may help improve the children's lives.

This site aims to provide information about Bohol and its livelihood conditions and especially how PCF as an organization is extending all its efforts to create better opportunities to these children and their families.
